Kindling the Fires of Christmas Joy

People who understand the eternal truth of God's Word, rejoice at Christmas. They kindle the fire of that great truth with all the wonderful things that make our celebration: decorations, lights, fellowship, and gift-giving. Those things aren't the substance of the joy, but they do have a spiritual dynamic,the kindling we cut that then sets ablaze the richness and warmth of the abiding reality of the Savior's birth.
