Christians often get caught in the trap of substituting doctrinal knowledge for a real relationship with God. We act as if knowing important truths is the same as living them. Nothing could be further from the truth. A head full of the knowledge of God is useless without a heart full of love for Him. We must learn to exercise our hearts, and make the effort to put biblical doctrine into action.
