About this message

As we see in the life of Mary, the true Spirit of Christmas is the Holy Spirit. Receiving the Christmas Spirit involves becoming an instrument of Christmas to others and acknowledging the Holy Spirit's availability to enable that. We can apply these five things, rooted in the manifestations of the Holy Spirit and found in the first Christmas story, to our Christmas today: That there be an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on our children; that Jesus be manifested through us to affect our world; that the Holy Spirit would come upon us to confirm and affirm His word to others; that our tongues might be loosed to new faith and praise; and that whatever your age, God has a ministry for you.
