There are five great principles, based on texts in the Bible, which are wrapped up in our coming to the Lord’s Table. It is a celebration of victory (Revelation 12:10-11), a proclamation of redemption (1 Corinthians 11:26), a declaration of dependence (John 6:53-60), a place for examination of self (1 Corinthians 11:28-32), and where we receive provision (1 Corinthians 11:29-32).
