The title of this study is a direct question based on Jesus' direct command. It is also based on Peter's direct promise given timelessly at Pentecost (Acts 2:38), and based on the direct question Paul asked the Ephesian believers (Acts 19:2). The question is properly asked of each believer: presently! (Let none of us excuse ourselves from answering on the basis of any experience.)
